IMPORTANT BOOKING POLICIES

• Appointments begin at the scheduled time. There is no 15-minute grace period.
• Arriving 15+ minutes late is recorded as a late occurrence. Three consecutive occurrences may result in loss of booking privileges.
• A 50% non-refundable reservation deposit is required to secure your appointment and is credited toward your scheduled service.
• At least 48 hours’ notice is required to transfer your deposit when rescheduling.
• Late and last minute cancellations and no-shows forfeit the reservation deposit.
