Refund & Exchange Policy

Damage or Defective

This applies to products for hands and feet i.e. cuticle or nails oils. Please inspect your order upon receiving your package and contact Nails by BettyG LL immediately if you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Orders with incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout are not eligible for replacement or refund.

By placing an order, with Nails by BettyG LLC, you agree to these terms and our store policy.

Custom or Premade Press-On Nails

Due to the nature of the handcrafted products we sell, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (with your order number and clear photos of the issue) and send your message to: hello@nailsbybettyg.com

If approved, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.
