All of our services are by appointment ONLY. This is to ensure that every client has quality time for each of the services booked for their appointment. Every service has an allocated amount of time for the length of each service, and to allow your nail technician to clean and prepare our space in between each client. This is to avoid any crossover appointments, double bookings, last minute cancelations, and missed appointments.

In our online scheduling booking app, each service has a name, time, and price, i.e. Full Set of Acrylic Nails: 1 1/2 Hour for $60. If you also want to add a design/nail art, and/or pedicure, you will need to add those services individually to your shopping cart before you checkout. You will have the options to pay online or at our studio spa. However, a nonrefundable deposit is paid up front to book and hold your appointment. Your deposit is added to your service. Should you fail to cancel within a 48 hour period prior to your appointment, or a no show for your appointment, we keep the deposit. However, you may reschedule your appointment for another time as long as you do this before the 48 hour period prior to your appointment.

• Non Refundable Deposit – A $35 deposit to reserve your appointment. This fee is added towards your services.
• Time Slot per Service – No one is allowed to book in your time slot. This time is reserved just for you.
• Cancelation Fee – Should you cancel last minute, is a $50.00 FEE.

• No Show Fee – Should you be a no show, we charge $50.00 FEE.

 

Pedicure Services

As a valued customer of Nails by BettyG, This policy is to inform when booking an appointment for a pedicure. Pedicure services will be denied if any of the following: This includes, missing nails, toe nails lifting or separated from the nail bed or injured. Past or present trauma to toe nails that are thick with black or dark yellow discoloration on or under the toe nails must be examined by a podiatrist, most importantly, if Tinea Pedis is present, also known as athlete’s foot or fresh opened wounds. I cannot provide service.

Providing you with the best, trusted, and comprehensive foot care during a pedicure service is our top priority. We are dedicated to educating all of our clients in the importance of healthy foot care when proving pedicure services. This is for the protection of the nail technician and all the clients that sit in a pedicure spa.

Clients with any issues on their feet must visit their local foot doctor to be cleared for a pedicure. A doctor’s note from your local podiatrist is required if you have any of the issues described above in this policy to book a pedicure service.

Illness

Illnesses such as colds, flu or covid, please stay home and reschedule your appointment. If you are sick we reserve the right to decline service until you are well.

Pets

As much as we love our furry companions, the nail salon is not a good environment for pets. The state of Florida health regulations does not allow to have animals in the salon, we also have to consider our clients who may be allergic or not as ‘in-love’ with pets as others may be.  We have also found that because of the different chemicals and heavy aromas, like monomer that we use at times combined with animal’s acute senses, it can actually irritate your pet’s sense of smell to be in the nail salon. For sanitation purposes to avoid pet hair on clothing or landing into products we use during services.

Service dogs are welcome.  “Animals: No animals or pets shall be allowed in a salon, with the exception of fish kept in closed aquariums, or trained animals to assist the hearing impaired, visually impaired, or the physically disabled.” Thank you for your understanding.
