Terms and Conditions
All of our services are by appointment ONLY. This is to ensure that every client has quality time for each of the services booked for their appointment. Every service has an allocated amount of time for the length of each service, and to allow your nail technician to clean and prepare our space in between each client. This is to avoid any crossover appointments, double bookings, last minute cancelations, and missed appointments.
In our online scheduling booking app, each service has a name, time, and price, i.e. Full Set of Acrylic Nails: 1 1/2 Hour for $60. If you also want to add a design/nail art, and/or pedicure, you will need to add those services individually to your shopping cart before you checkout. You will have the options to pay online or at our studio spa. However, a nonrefundable deposit is paid up front to book and hold your appointment. Your deposit is added to your service. Should you fail to cancel within a 48 hour period prior to your appointment, or a no show for your appointment, we keep the deposit. However, you may reschedule your appointment for another time as long as you do this before the 48 hour period prior to your appointment.

- Non Refundable Deposit – A $25 deposit to reserve your appointment. This fee is added to your services.

- Time Slot per Service – No one is allowed to book in your time slot. This time is reserved just for you.

- Cancelation Fee – Should you cancel last minute, we keep the $25.00 deposit.

- No Show Fee – Should you be a no show, we keep the $25.00 deposit.
