  • We do our best to make sure that you are happy with any of our services we provide to you. If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with any service that has been provided, please let us know and we will make it right for you.
  • We accept all forms of payments. Visa, Master Card, Debit, Credit, and Zelle.
  • Not at the moment, but we will in the future.
  • If you purchased a Gift Certificate from us, your GC is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. After that it expires. So use the GC as soon as you can and enjoy the benefits!
  • The Loyalty Card is punched and recorded during the time of your visit.
  • Like they say, you got to be in it, to win it! When you become a Nails by BettyG customer. BettyG will personally give you a Loyalty Customer Card.
  • Click on any of the Book Now buttons on our website and that link will redirect you to our booking app site.
  • This is where you can book, pick and pay for any services you are in need in advance or in person. Nonrefundable deposits for appointments are a must.
  • Our time is valuable. We are very busy people with the demands of work, family, and life. To honor  your time, and avoid wasting time, Nails by BettyG requires a non-refundable deposit of $25 that is applied towards your service.
  • This is to ensure that our time is not abused, and no one is left hanging. Your appointment and time slot are held just for you.
  • Should anyone not show up, or cancel their appointment with-in a 48 hour period before their scheduled appointment, we keep the deposit.
  • This is to deter no shows, and last minute cancelations. Please be on time for your appointment to avoid any crossing over another one’s time of service.
